Ryan follows mostly his sire when it comes to his personalty. He is fiery and always want to be on the go all the time,. Ryan believes himself a horse that can beat anything, no matter what lines in his way. In the pasture he bullies the other colts which are quite off smaller than him, and force them to play by his rules. On the yard he makes all the staff on to on their toes, as you can never be sure what he would do. Ryan can be a total gentleman and he looks after his rider on the track, and listen to that person only.

During workouts Ryan shows his true colours and fire. He loves to work and if there is any other horses on the track with him, he would challenge them to a race. Ryan is really courageous, and this always shows while he is being worked on the track. Due to his high competitive nature, he is always worked on his own.
